Linda Teel Executive Minister
Linda N. Teel currently serves as the Executive Minister. God prepared her for this role for over 25 years, blending her business, biblical, and theological training to support the responsibilities of ministry leadership. She is both humbled and honored to serve the LCC family and community.
Throughout her ministry journey—spanning Youth, Women’s, Prayer, and Outreach ministries, Short-Term Missions, and church leadership—God has continually combined Linda’s deep love for people with her passion for strategic ministry development.
On September 24, 2005, God called Linda to vocational ministry. Though she initially felt unprepared, He faithfully equipped her to serve Him and His people for a lifetime. She carries a deep burden for evangelism and discipleship, along with a passion to develop healthy servant leaders. Her leadership verse, John 7:38—“If anyone believes in me, rivers of living water will flow out from their heart.”—captures her calling to pour into others from the overflow of the Holy Spirit and to lead others to do the same: to pour from a full cup.
Linda’s leadership and strategic thinking were sharpened through years of working alongside her husband in their family-owned IT business, established in 1999. There, she developed key skills in organization, planning, and team development. God continues to use her undergraduate training in Public Relations from Howard University, her business education from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business, and her theological, Biblical, and leadership training from Dallas Theological Seminary to shape her into a well-rounded servant, equipped with both ministry insight and strategic leadership ability.
Linda has been married to William R. Teel, Jr., since 2000, and together they have had the privilege of raising six boys into men. It is her joy to help lead a church community committed to sharing the Gospel, growing in faith, and building a loving, Christ-centered fellowship.
