Meet the Pastor
Pastor Dwayne B. Hooper, Sr. was ordained as the senior pastor by Dr. H. Jack Morris, Founding Pastor (Emeritus), and approved by the Board of Directors in May 2025.
Pastor Hooper served as the Executive Minister for over 23 years and has held various leadership positions for over three decades.
